Land Measure ("the app", "we", "us") is developed and maintained by PS1. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your rights as a user.
The app requests access to your device's precise GPS location (foreground only, while the app is open). This location data is used exclusively to:
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information.
All data — including saved measurements and project names — is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is transmitted to our servers or any third-party server by us. Your data never leaves your device without your action (e.g. manual export or sharing).
The app uses Mapbox to display map tiles. When you view the map, your device fetches tile images directly from Mapbox's servers. This involves your IP address being sent to Mapbox as part of a standard HTTPS request. We do not control or have access to Mapbox's server logs.

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
The app does not require registration or login. There are no user accounts.
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by:

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
